Yes, though parents should be aware that the fully open-air rooftop has significant wind at 229 metres and requires careful supervision of young children. The indoor SKY GALLERY on the 45th and 46th floors is entirely sheltered and comfortable for all ages. Children aged 11 and under can purchase child tickets at the counter on the day even when adult tickets are sold out online. Pushchairs can be stored at the 14th floor entrance before ascending.

The following must be stored in the 46th floor lockers before accessing the rooftop: backpacks, handbags, hats and scarves, tripods and selfie sticks, large cameras that cannot fit in a pocket, and bottles. Smartphones and small cameras with a strap or that fit in a pocket are permitted. Smoking, food, beverages, and pets other than guide dogs are prohibited throughout the facility.

The indoor SKY GALLERY remains open in all weather. However, the open-air SKY STAGE rooftop closes during rain, strong wind, or lightning for safety. No refund is available after entry to the facility even if the rooftop subsequently closes during your visit. Always check the forecast before your visit. The gallery with its floor-to-ceiling windows still provides excellent city views if the rooftop is inaccessible.

SHIBUYA SKY uses timed entry with a strict 20-minute grace window. Your entry window lasts exactly 20 minutes from the time on your ticket and late arrivals may be refused regardless of reason. Tickets can be purchased up to 14 days in advance from midnight Japan time. Once inside, there is no fixed exit time and you can stay as long as you like.

SHIBUYA SKY is an open-air observation experience at 229 metres atop Shibuya Scramble Square directly above Shibuya Station. It features three zones: SKY GATE (the theatrical elevator entrance with the Transition Pod), SKY GALLERY (indoor digital art corridor on the 45th and 46th floors with Paradise Lounge bar), and SKY STAGE (the fully open-air rooftop on the 47th floor with the Sky Edge glass corner and Cloud Hammock).

Entry before 15:00 costs ¥3,000 per adult. Entry from 15:00 onwards costs ¥3,700 per adult, reflecting higher demand for afternoon, golden hour, and evening slots when the city and Scramble Crossing light up most spectacularly. Walk-up counter prices are slightly higher when available. Children aged 11 and under have a separate ticket available at the counter.

SHIBUYA SKY is directly connected to Shibuya Station, one of Tokyo's major transport hubs served by the JR Yamanote Line, Tokyo Metro Ginza, Hanzomon, and Fukutoshin lines, and Tokyu lines. From the station follow signs to Shibuya Scramble Square and the SHIBUYA SKY entrance on the 14th floor. The journey from central Tokyo to Shibuya Station takes approximately 5 to 15 minutes depending on your starting point.
