The rooms are clean, not brand new, but the furniture and equipment are in good condition. The pool area, jacuzzi, and sauna require renovation, but the water quality is good and the staff takes good care of the sanitation. The swimming area is comfortable and spacious. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, with high-quality ingredients. The bar offers reasonable prices. The administrative staff was not particularly friendly, and instead of providing personalized service and information, they acted like robots on a conveyor belt.

Stayed here for 3 days and really enjoyed it. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of good options. The location is peaceful, with a nice park nearby, and you can also enjoy views of the Tbilisi Sea. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing stay.

We’d booked a 300$ room for 1 night and the experience was very bad. The rooms and the amenities were okay however there was no hot water coming and it was -2’C outside. Also, the heater was at 33’C and made the room extremely hot and when we checked with the technician, he said during winters only heater will work and cannot cool the room despite having digital controls inside the room. Very disappointed with this. Will never stay in this group of hotels ever again.

Worst Hotel Ever – A Complete Scam 🚨 This was hands down the most horrible hotel experience of my life. I booked through MMT, only to arrive at 2 AM and be told they had no record of my booking. Imagine being stranded in the middle of the night, and instead of helping, the staff couldn’t care less. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to offer me a smaller room at a hiked-up price, almost the same as what I had already paid online. What a joke! It’s crystal clear they double-book rooms, cancel existing reservations, and then try to scam tired, desperate guests into paying inflated on-the-spot prices. This is not just bad service — it’s fraudulent and disgraceful. The management is utterly chaotic, their systems are unreliable, and the staff is downright unhelpful.When asked about out booking the front desk says that the mails reach their sales manager on a different email ID which they have no access to, and “at this hour the sales manager cannot be disturbed”- THE AUDACITY! ⚠️ Save yourself the nightmare, the stress, and the money. This hotel is a scam, their service is trash, and their staff is shameless. Avoid at all costs.

One of the worst hotels experience I ever have , very bad room service if you ask for anything it will come after long time and u need to call multiple times, The hotel is very far from the centre. You need to have the application for taxi to move on. They have no BellBoy to carry Bags For check in and check out, The Breakfast is good but limited, Room service are extremely bad, The hotel is very old design and furniture. The gym is in another building. Also the pool is in the same building with the Gym to be honest. I don’t recommend this hotel at all for people are travelling Georgia
