Singapore Flower Dome Entry Tickets Overview
Flower Dome is one of two cooled conservatories at Gardens by the Bay in Singapore's Marina Bay. It opened in 2012 and holds the Guinness World Record for the world's largest glass greenhouse, covering 1.2 hectares under a column-free glass and steel vault that maintains a cool, dry Mediterranean-like climate while Singapore's tropical weather continues outside.
The conservatory houses plants from the Mediterranean region, South Africa, South America, California and semi-arid Australia. Permanent elements include an Olive Grove of ancient trees, a Baobab Grove containing massive specimens of these iconic African trees, and a Succulent Garden. Seasonal floral installations change throughout the year; a major floral show typically fills the central bed with large-scale themed displays using thousands of flowers around a central concept.
The 2026 programme includes the Tulipmania display from April to May and the Disney Garden of Wonder installation through the year, featuring large-scale sculptural characters from Disney films integrated into the garden environment. The conservatory is air-conditioned to approximately 23 to 25 degrees Celsius. It is open daily from 9 am to 9 pm with last entry at 8:30 pm. Flower Dome is typically purchased as a combined ticket with Cloud Forest.

FAQs
Flower Dome is open daily from 9 am to 9 pm with last entry at 8:30 pm. Some planned closure dates occur for maintenance or change-over between floral installations; check gardensbythebay.com.sg before your visit to confirm.
Flower Dome is at Gardens by the Bay, 18 Marina Gardens Drive, Singapore. Take the Circle Line or Downtown Line to Bayfront MRT station and follow the underground walkway through Marina Bay Sands to Gardens by the Bay. It is approximately a 5-minute walk from the station to the conservatory entrances.
Flower Dome holds the Guinness World Record for the world's largest glass greenhouse at 1.2 hectares. It is column-free, meaning the entire interior is open with no structural columns interrupting the space, achieved through the self-supporting arched glass vault structure. It maintains a cool, dry climate similar to the Mediterranean inside, which allows plants from climates not found in Singapore to be grown permanently.
Flower Dome houses plants from the Mediterranean basin, South Africa, South America, California and semi-arid Australia. Permanent features include an Olive Grove with ancient trees, a Baobab Grove with large African specimens, a Succulent Garden and smaller themed sections. Seasonal floral installations fill the central beds throughout the year.
Tulipmania is an annual floral show at Flower Dome running from late April into May, featuring tens of thousands of tulips imported from the Netherlands and displayed in large-scale themed arrangements filling the central bed. The colour and scale of the display make it one of the most photographed seasonal events in Singapore.
Disney Garden of Wonder is a 2026 installation at Flower Dome featuring large-scale sculptural characters from Disney films integrated into the garden landscape. Characters are placed among the plantings and floral displays throughout the conservatory. Check gardensbythebay.com.sg for the current validity period of this installation.
Most visitors purchase a combined ticket covering both Flower Dome and Cloud Forest, and this is the more efficient option as both conservatories are next to each other. Each offers a significantly different experience: Flower Dome is cool and dry with flowers and trees from arid climates; Cloud Forest is cool and humid with a 35-metre indoor waterfall and tropical mountain plants.
Most visitors spend 45 minutes to 90 minutes in Flower Dome. A thorough walkthrough of all sections including the seasonal installation takes about 60 minutes. Combining Flower Dome and Cloud Forest in a single visit typically takes 2 to 2.5 hours total.
