SkyPark Observation Deck Entry Tickets Overview

The SkyPark Observation Deck occupies Level 56 of the Marina Bay Sands resort, positioned atop one of the most architecturally audacious structures in the world. Designed by Moshe Safdie, the SkyPark is a 340-metre-long structure spanning the tops of three 57-storey hotel towers like an enormous surfboard balanced across three pillars, and the public observation deck at its south-facing end offers one of the most extraordinary viewpoints in Asia.

At nearly 200 metres above street level, the unsheltered outdoor observation deck commands a panoramic view that encompasses the entirety of Singapore's central waterfront and far beyond. The Gardens by the Bay Supertrees rise directly ahead to the south-east. The glass towers of the CBD skyline define the northern horizon. The Singapore Flyer is visible to the east. Sentosa Island and its beaches stretch to the south-west beyond the Strait of Singapore, and the shipping traffic of one of the world's busiest maritime lanes moves continuously across the water below. On the clearest days, the hills of Malaysia to the north and the islands of Indonesia to the south complete an international panorama that few viewpoints in Asia can rival.

In 2026, the Marina Bay Sands celebrates its 15th anniversary and the SkyPark Observation Deck hosts Skyline Singapore: Stories from Above, an immersive new showcase tracing the remarkable history of the resort and the transformation of Marina Bay into one of Asia's most dynamic urban waterfronts. Peak hour evening visits offer the extraordinary additional spectacle of the Spectra light and water show at the Events Plaza below and the Garden Rhapsody show at Gardens by the Bay, both visible simultaneously from the deck.

Know Before You Go

Note that access to the Infinity Pool on Level 57 is strictly reserved for hotel guests and cannot be accessed with any observation deck ticket

Book your SkyPark Observation Deck tickets online in advance as peak evening slots from 17:00 sell out quickly particularly on weekends and during the Singapore Formula 1 Grand Prix in September

Non-peak tickets from 10:00 to 16:30 are more affordable and offer excellent daytime views with typically shorter queues at the entry point than peak hours

The observation deck is an unsheltered outdoor area susceptible to wind and may temporarily close during lightning or extreme weather conditions so checking the weather forecast and official website before visiting is recommended

Access is via the Hotel Tower 3 driveway entrance at the eastern end of the Marina Bay Sands complex and is separate from the hotel lobby so arriving at the correct entrance is important

FAQs

1What shows are visible from the SkyPark Observation Deck in the evenings?

Two spectacular free shows are visible from the SkyPark Observation Deck during evening peak hours. The Spectra light and water show at the Marina Bay Sands Events Plaza runs daily at 20:00 and 21:00 and is clearly visible from the deck directly below. The Garden Rhapsody light show at the Gardens by the Bay Supertree Grove runs nightly at 19:45 and 20:45 and is also visible from the deck, creating a uniquely multi-spectacle evening viewing experience.

2What is the SkyPark Observation Deck?

The SkyPark Observation Deck is a public outdoor viewing platform on Level 56 of the Marina Bay Sands resort, approximately 200 metres above sea level. It offers 360-degree panoramic views across Marina Bay, Gardens by the Bay, the CBD skyline, Sentosa Island, and the Strait of Singapore. It forms part of the iconic SkyPark structure, a 340-metre platform spanning the tops of the three Marina Bay Sands hotel towers.

3What is the Silent Disco in the Sky at the SkyPark?

Silent Disco in the Sky is a special recurring event at the SkyPark Observation Deck running on selected dates in 2026 including 31 January, 28 February, 28 March, 25 April, 30 May, 27 June, 25 July, and 29 August from 21:00. Visitors wear wireless headphones and dance 56 storeys above Singapore under the open sky. A separate ticket or additional charge may apply for this event. Check the official Marina Bay Sands website for the full 2026 event calendar.

4Can I see the Infinity Pool with an observation deck ticket?

No. The Infinity Pool on Level 57 of the Marina Bay Sands SkyPark is exclusively reserved for hotel guests staying at Marina Bay Sands. An observation deck ticket provides access to the Level 56 observation deck only and does not permit entry to the Infinity Pool area. The Infinity Pool can be viewed from the observation deck but not entered by non-hotel guests.

5What is Skyline Singapore: Stories from Above?

Skyline Singapore: Stories from Above is a 2026 showcase at the SkyPark Observation Deck celebrating Marina Bay Sands' 15th anniversary alongside Singapore's 60th birthday. The immersive display at the observation level invites visitors to discover the past, present, and future of the Marina Bay Sands resort and the transformation of the Marina Bay waterfront into one of Asia's most extraordinary urban landscapes. It is included in the standard observation deck ticket.

6What is the difference between non-peak and peak ticket types?

Non-peak tickets cover entry from 10:00 to 16:30 at a lower price point and offer excellent daytime visibility and a calmer experience with fewer visitors. Peak tickets cover entry from 17:00 onwards at a slightly higher price and are recommended for visitors who want to experience the sunset, the illuminated city skyline, and the Spectra and Garden Rhapsody shows visible from the deck simultaneously in the evening.

7Can the SkyPark Observation Deck close unexpectedly?

Yes. The observation deck is an unsheltered outdoor area and may temporarily close for visitor safety during lightning, extreme rain, or other severe weather conditions. On selected dates, special events at the SkyPark may also alter operational hours. Ticketholders who have entered less than one hour before an unscheduled closure may be entitled to a refund. Checking the official Marina Bay Sands website and the weather forecast before your visit is always recommended.

8How do I get to the SkyPark Observation Deck?

The entrance to the SkyPark Observation Deck is via the Hotel Tower 3 driveway at 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956. From Bayfront MRT station on the Circle Line and Downtown Line, take Exit B and walk along the outer perimeter from Tower 1 to Tower 3. The entrance is clearly signposted from the hotel driveway. Taxis and Grab services can also drop off directly at the Tower 3 driveway entrance.
