SuperPark Singapore Entry Tickets Overview

SuperPark Singapore is an indoor activity park at Suntec City shopping centre in Singapore's Marina Bay area. It is the Singapore location of a Finnish concept and opened in 2017 across the North Wing of Suntec City, with three distinct zones combining physical activity, technology and creative play.

The Activity Zone is the largest area, centred on a 10-metre augmented reality climbing wall, a zip line, obstacle courses and ninja warrior-style tracks. The augmented climbing wall projects interactive challenges onto the surface and tracks movements in real time. The Game Zone features interactive sports simulators covering basketball, football, curling and ice hockey in touch and motion-sensor formats. The Creative Zone is designed for younger visitors with a junior trampoline area, soft play and a digital sandbox.

All activities are covered by a single 2-hour session ticket counted from entry. Grip socks are mandatory and cost SGD 4 on site. Regular tickets cover visitors 100 cm and above. Junior tickets for visitors under 100 cm restrict access to the Kids' Gym. Children 8 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult. Advance booking is strongly recommended as sessions sell out on weekends.

FAQs

1What are the opening hours of SuperPark Singapore?

SuperPark Singapore is open Monday to Friday from 10:30 am to 8 pm, and Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 9 am to 9 pm. All session tickets are for 2 hours from the time of entry.

2Where is SuperPark Singapore?

SuperPark Singapore is at 3 Temasek Boulevard, Suntec City, Tower 1, North Wing, in central Singapore's Marina Bay area. The nearest MRT stations are Promenade on the Circle and Downtown Lines and Esplanade on the Circle Line, both approximately 5 minutes walk.

3What is the augmented reality climbing wall?

The augmented reality climbing wall at SuperPark Singapore is a 10-metre climbing surface with a live digital overlay that projects interactive challenges onto the wall as visitors climb. The system tracks movements in real time and adjusts the challenges based on where climbers are on the surface.

4Are grip socks required?

Yes. Grip socks are mandatory for all visitors at SuperPark Singapore for safety reasons. They can be purchased on site for SGD 4 per pair. Visitors who bring their own grip socks that meet the grip requirement do not need to purchase these on site.

5What is the difference between Regular and Junior tickets?

Regular tickets are for visitors 100 cm in height and above and give 2-hour access to all three zones including the Activity Zone, Game Zone and Creative Zone. Junior tickets are for visitors under 100 cm and restrict access to the Kids' Gym section within the Creative Zone, which contains age-appropriate soft play and junior trampolines.

6Is advance booking required?

Advance booking is strongly recommended at SuperPark Singapore. Sessions, particularly on weekends, public holidays and during school holidays, sell out. Booking online in advance also secures your preferred time slot. Walk-in entry is subject to availability and may not be possible during peak periods.

7What age is SuperPark suitable for?

SuperPark Singapore is designed for a broad age range. The Activity Zone and Game Zone appeal primarily to older children, teenagers and adults. The Creative Zone with its junior play areas is designed for younger children. Children 8 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult throughout their session.

8How long does a SuperPark session last?

Each session is 2 hours from the time of entry. The 2-hour window covers all three zones with no restrictions on which activities you try or how many times you repeat them. Arrive 15 to 30 minutes before your scheduled session time to complete check-in and sign the required safety waiver.
