TILT is a glass-walled pod on the outer edge of the 94th floor that slowly pitches forward to a 30-degree angle, positioning visitors face-down above Michigan Avenue. Looking straight down at the street 1030 feet below is included with the TILT add-on ticket purchased on the day.

Yes. From September 8, 2026 through Q2 2027 only one elevator is operating at the John Hancock Center. This reduces the number of available timeslots especially for groups and may cause brief delays during busy periods. Individual visitors will notice this primarily as a slightly longer wait for the lift.

The Sip and View ticket adds access to the CloudBar on the 94th floor with one included drink to the standard observation deck admission. It is restricted to guests aged 21 and over and must be purchased in advance.

360 CHICAGO is at 1030 feet on the 94th floor of the John Hancock Center on Michigan Avenue. Skydeck is at 1353 feet on the 103rd floor of Willis Tower in the Loop. Skydeck is higher and has The Ledge glass floor balcony. 360 CHICAGO has the TILT experience and a Magnificent Mile location.

The 360-degree view covers Lake Michigan to the east, Grant Park and the Museum Campus to the south, the rest of Chicago's skyline and the northern shoreline neighbourhoods. On clear days Wisconsin is visible to the north and Michigan and Indiana across the lake.

The John Hancock Center is at 875 North Michigan Avenue. Take the CTA Red Line to Chicago station, two blocks from the building. Alternatively the bus routes 143, 145, 146, 147, 148 and 151 stop on Michigan Avenue nearby.

No. TILT is a separately ticketed experience purchased on-site on the day of your visit. Standard admission covers the observation deck and CloudWalk 3D art experience.
