An evening fire ritual on the Ganges that stirs the deepest corners of your soul.

Religious Golden Triangle Overview

There are journeys that take you to new places, and then there are journeys that bring you home to yourself. The Religious Golden Triangle of Kashi, Prayagraj and Ayodhya is the latter. These three sacred cities of Uttar Pradesh form the spiritual heartland of Sanatan Dharma and represent the very essence of what it means to be a Hindu pilgrim in India. In Kashi, you stand on ground that Lord Shiva himself is said to never abandon. The Ganga Aarti, the narrow galis, the Kashi Vishwanath Jyotirlinga and the profound reality of Manikarnika Ghat together create an experience no other place on earth can replicate. In Prayagraj, the Triveni Sangam calls you to the most sacred act of punya snan at the meeting of three holy rivers. And in Ayodhya, the birthplace of Prabhu Shri Ram, the newly consecrated Ram Mandir stands as a testament to centuries of faith and devotion. This 7-day package has been crafted keeping the Indian devotee in mind, with pure vegetarian meals, Hindi-speaking guides, train connectivity from major cities, festival-aligned travel windows, and the local flavours of each city woven into the experience.

Know Before You Go Religious Golden Triangle

Wear modest traditional attire for temple visits. Dhoti-kurta, salwar-kameez or saree are most appropriate. Remove footwear before entering any temple.

For the Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat, arrive at least 30 to 40 minutes early, especially during Dev Deepawali and Kartik Purnima.

In Kashi, do not miss the Banarasi kachori-sabzi, chaat, Malaiyo, Thandai and the famous paan. These are as much a part of the experience as the darshan itself.

At Prayagraj Sangam, carry a change of clothes and a gamcha or towel. Locker facilities are available near the ghats.

At Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, mobile phones and leather items are not permitted inside. Free locker facilities are provided at the entrance.

Plan your visit around Dev Deepawali (November), Ram Navami (March/April) or Makar Sankranti (January) for an unmatched spiritual experience.

Kashi is best explored on foot. The galis are narrow and only accessible by walking. Wear comfortable chappals.

Carry a small cloth bag for prasad, a steel tumbler for Ganga jal, and a stole or dupatta for temple visits.
